An attached “Do not use” tag records “latch on hook missing”, with a handwritten date that appears to read 19/2/23. A hook safety latch is visibly missing, and the tag will remain attached.

Sold for spares or repair. Operation and load-holding ability have not been verified, and other faults may be present. No certification, test certificate or current inspection report is supplied. Must not be used for lifting in its present condition; requires specialist assessment, necessary repairs and appropriate inspection/testing before lifting use.
